Thank you for shopping with Snap to Prints! Every order is custom-made with care, and we want you to love your photo magnets. Please review our policy below.
Custom Orders / Non-Returnable Items
Because our products are personalized and made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or defective. We also do not accept returns on sale or clearance items.
To start a return, you can contact us at contact@snaptoprints.com
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a quality issue:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@snaptoprints.com Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once verified, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund — whichever you prefer.
Processing Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders can be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase. After that, your order may already be in production and cannot be changed.
