Thank you for shopping with Snap to Prints! We take pride in delivering your photo magnets quickly and safely. Please review our shipping policy below.

Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship only within the United States (including all 50 states).
  • We do not ship internationally at this time.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after you receive your order confirmation email.

You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

During high-demand periods (holidays, promotions), processing may take an additional 1–2 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

Shipping Costs

  • $4.99 flat shipping — no matter how many packages you order.
  • Free shipping for orders of $50+.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 business days of your shipping confirmation, please contact us at contact@snaptoprints.com with your order number and we’ll help resolve the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. Snap to Prints is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll replace or refund your item as quickly as possible.
